美洲黑熊

I was surprised by how much this animal relies on vegetation rather than meat—those specialized molars are fascinating once you see them up close. It’s definitely a unique carnivore, and the grinding teeth make it stand out in a way I hadn’t expected.

The molar teeth are perfect for grinding down vegetation, which makes feeding time way less stressful than I expected. We’ve had ours for a few weeks now and it’s already settled into a steady routine, just munching away without any fussing over meat. Exactly what our household needed.

I was surprised at how much personality this bear has—the way it moves feels almost real. The molar detail is spot on for someone who’s into animal anatomy. A solid addition to my collection.
