The ancestors of the modern day Percheron served as war horses carrying knights into battle instead as draft animals in the field. As agricultural pursuits began to take precedence over battles, these horses were bred more for size, weight and strength.

James ★★★★★

After a few weeks I can really feel the difference in my horse’s stamina and willingness to work in the field. The way it supports his shoulders while still allowing free movement is exactly what I needed for our daily tasks.

Madison B. ★★★★★

I’ve had my Percheron for about two weeks now and I’m genuinely impressed with how sturdy the build feels—it handles daily use without a scratch. The history of these horses carrying knights really adds a cool layer to the design.

Victoria ★★★★☆

The war-horse history is what sold me, and the build quality matches that legacy—sturdy and dependable for daily use. Only wish the included documentation went into a bit more depth about its origins in the field, but that's a minor detail.
