Pangolins, also known as scaly anteaters, are unique creatures that are covered in hard, plate-like scales. They are insectivorous (feeding on insects) and are mainly nocturnal. Their name, pangolin, is derived from the Malay word pengguling, which loosely translates to something that rolls up.

Christopher B. ★★★★★

I was blown away by how detailed the scales are on this pangolin model—each one looks just like the real plates described. It’s got that hard, plate-like texture that makes it feel authentic, and it’s been a hit with my kids during our nocturnal animal lessons.

Ruby ★★★★☆

The hard, plate-like scales are exactly as described—fascinating to see up close, and the fact that it’s nocturnal makes sense given how shy it seems. It’s a bit tricky to observe during the day, but worth the wait for a glimpse.

Jacob ★★★★☆

I wasn't sure what to expect, but the hard, plate-like scales feel surprisingly smooth and cool to the touch. It’s a neat little model, though I wish it came with a bit more info about their insect diet.
