The modern-day unicorn is depicted as a white horse with a long spiraled golden or white horn coming from its forehead. This has not always been so. In medieval times, the unicorn was considered to be the size of a donkey or goat. It was white, but had the head of a deer, the body of a horse, the tail of a lion, the beard of a goat and cloven hooves. It was a symbol of purity and faithfulness and was thought to be untamable.

Amelia T. ★★★★★

The dark finish on this one gives it a completely different personality from the usual white unicorn figures, almost mystical. I love how the spiraled horn catches the light from my window, casting tiny shadows across the shelf.

Jason K. ★★★★★

The horn has a lovely twist to it, and the white finish feels clean and sturdy. Perfect for adding a touch of old-world charm to my desk.

Emma ★★★★★

I was surprised by the detailed medieval history section—it gave the figurine more depth than I expected. The white resin has a subtle gloss that catches the light nicely.
