Despite the cats unbeatable night-vision, a cats eyesight during the day is actually not too dissimilar from a humans! Due to this, cats are more nocturnal hunters looking for small rodents and birds. The average domestic cat sleeps for around 18 hours a day and tends to spend their waking time hunting for food. Despite wild cats being solitary animals, the domestic cat is known to enjoy attention from humans and other animals and will often even get on well with some dogs.

The subtle detail in the eyes really sells the whole thing for me. I ended up hanging it right where my cat likes to nap, and the white fur blends into the wall just enough to feel like part of the room. It's a quiet little piece that fits the whole nocturnal-hunter vibe without being loud about it.

The white fur on this cat print looks so soft I keep reaching out to pet it. I hung it near my reading chair and the calm lying pose fits the room perfectly.

Owen T. ★★★★★

Didn't expect the cats eyesight fact to be accurate, but it matches what my vet told me about them being crepuscular hunters. The print came out crisp and the white background makes the whole thing pop on my shelf.
