Zonnebeer

The fact that it stays active year-round makes it perfect for my climate, since I never have to worry about seasonal behavior changes. I’ve watched it remain consistent through every month, which is exactly what I needed.

Really glad this one skips the whole hibernation thing—perfect for someone like me who doesn't want a bear that disappears for half the year. The tropical adaptation makes it feel more active and present, which is exactly what I was hoping for.

The tropical habitat detail really comes through in the way this is written—it’s clear they actually exist where seasons don’t shift. I’d have liked a bit more on their daily behavior, but the non-hibernation point is a solid hook that makes them stand out from other bears.
