The red breast feathers are painted with such depth that they almost look iridescent in natural light. This little guy sits perfectly on my desk, and I find myself noticing new details in the plumage each time I glance over.

The black and white markings on its head are so precisely painted, they look almost real. My daughter uses it to learn about woodland birds, and the colors are even more vivid in person.

The hand-painted details really capture the bullfinch’s plumage perfectly, and the colors are even more vibrant in person than in the photos. It’s got a nice weight to it too, so it feels like a proper little sculpture rather than a cheap ornament.
