アメリカンゴールドフィンチ

The yellow really pops against the black wings—it looks just like the ones visiting my feeder. My kids love using it to identify birds in our field guide. A nice, sturdy little model for any nature lover.

I was surprised by how lightweight this model feels while still having sharp detail on the wing feathers. The black and yellow contrast is spot-on for the real bird.

The hand-painting is impressively detailed up close, especially the feather texture on the wings. It’s a sturdy little figure that sits well on a shelf, though I wish the base were a bit wider to keep it from tipping if bumped.
