Wasn't sure what to expect, but this pig has been nothing but calm around the whole family. The fact that it only gets defensive when a mother is protecting her young says a lot about how peaceful it is the rest of the time.

I was bracing for a handful, but this little one is surprisingly peaceful—just lounges around all day. The only time she gets riled up is when someone messes with her piglets, which honestly makes sense. Perfect addition to our farm.

Bought this for my uncle who grew up on a farm and he immediately started telling stories about how gentle the sows were unless you got near the piglets. The bit about a mother only getting aggressive when her young are threatened is spot on and made the whole thing feel real rather than just a cute
